Sticky energy bars with honey-peanut spread

Ingredients:

10 dried chopped dates
2 tbsp water
1 cup little-donkey honey spread with peanuts
1 cup mixed chopped nuts (almonds, cashew nuts, pistachio)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, goji berries)
1/2 tsp salt

 

Directions:

In a small saucepan, stir together dates, water and little-donkey honey spread with peanuts and place over low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until the dry ingredients are coated. Add some more nuts if the mixture is too moist or some more water if it is too dry. Pour the mixture in a pan (coated with parchment paper) and put in the fridge for half an hour. Cut them into squares before serving. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
